The "Area" section of the site includes an interactive map. To protect your privacy, the map does not load automatically: it only appears after you click the "Load map" button. From that moment, your browser communicates directly with Google Maps' servers, which may set their own cookies and collect data according to Google's privacy policy, which the Data Controller does not control.
Data collected via email or WhatsApp is used solely to respond to your request and, in case of a booking, to manage your stay (including the mandatory guest-registration communications required for accommodation facilities in Italy). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact-request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, in case of a stay, for related legal obligations (e.g. guest registration, tax records), generally no longer than 10 years for administrative/accounting documents.
Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you may at any time request: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection. You can exercise these rights by writing to berlino21@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
